Foam Analyzer PR0057

The Foam Analyzer serves for the fast quality validation of beer directly after filling. The system identifies the collapse time of the beer foam.

By using an optical measuring method the changing transmission behavior of the beer foam in the bottle is detected and evaluated with the corresponding software. Color and thickness of the bottle are automatically compensated.

The system delivers a test result after a time period of 5 to 10 minutes and shows an optical test result via the trafficlight function.
