Recent years have seen a growth spurt and product multiplication in LEDs in virtually every area of life. LEDs have now replaced the previously common incandescent bulbs or neon tubes. Practically overnight we have seen that LEDs have taken the place of products that remained unchanged for years. Camera flashes, automobile headlamps, billboards and displays, street lamps and traffic lights – just to name a few. The rise of LEDs and other solid state light sources as an innovative, reliable and energy-saving alternative placed new challenges before the manufacturers.
An important factor for series use is ensuring the optical quality of the LEDs. In production – i.e. when the LEDs are processed – it must be ensured that these components are inspected for function and correct use. This means that color, intensity and function need to be continuously checked using convenient inspection devices.
The eFLAT systems are LED analyzers for parallel and automatic testing of both the color and intensity of self-luminous objects such as LEDs and displays. Sensitivity 3.5 to 10,000,000 Lux, luminance 0.5 to 2000 cd/m2.
The eFLAT-HG systems are LED test systems for very dark objects and can be used for parallel and automatic testing of both the color and intensity of self-luminous objects such as LEDs and displays. Sensitivity 0.7 to 100,000 Lux, luminance 0.2 to 1000 cd/m2.
The PR0190 Light Analyzer is a single-channel LED tester but can autonomously detect and check 3 different products. This long-term stable system enables very fast testing of LEDs under production conditions.
The Mii2 Mobile Color Analyzer PR0084 is a high-precision, highly sensitive color measuring system for determining the optical parameters of luminescent objects such as displays or other light sources.
